Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the class will not be refunded and the class credit will be lost. Equally if you do not turn up to the class, your credit will be lost

• Cancellations made prior to the 24 hours before the class will be able to be rescheduled when there is an available space suitable for the participant and Aerial Beats.

• Deposits paid for any Aerial Beats class, workshop/intensive or event are non-refundable. Deposits can not be rescheduled to later dates.

• It is at the discretion of Aerial Beats if a refund/reschedule is given for unforeseen circumstances.

• As a small business, Aerial Beats group classes run with a minimum of two participants. If you are the only booking, the class will not be lost. It can not be refunded but will be rescheduled to a later date.

• Aerial Beats Youth and Block Booking

  • Aerial Beats do not offer class credit/refunds for any classes that are missed by participants during the booked period for reasons including and not limited to illness, injury, personal or environmental circumstances.

  • If the class or block booking is cancelled by Aerial Beats, participants will be offered a refund or class credit.

  • ABY block bookings are paid in full, no matter availability for the block. For example, your child has already booked an event on a date their class is, a discount or class credit will not be given for the missed class.

Aerial Beats Coaches

• All Aerial Beats Coaches are experienced and professional aerial coaches. All coaches including cover teachers are DBS checked.

• There will always be a qualified first aider on the premises.

• By participating in the class you consent to aerial beats coaches supporting and spotting you on the equipment by any suitable means to keep you safe while using the aerial equipment.

Social Media

• Videos of coaches must not be shared without their consent on any social media platform.

• We welcome you to post videos of yourself. They must only contain you. If there are people in the background they must either not be in focus or you must ask their permission before sharing.

• When posting your progress videos we encourage you to tag @Aerial.beats and to use #aerialbeatsclasses

Use of Images

• Aerial Beats participants will be given a Health and Liability Form to fill out prior to their first class. On this form it ask if consent is given for the use of your image for social and promotional purposes.

• If you do not check this box your images will not be used.

• If you do check this box and you wish to change your preference please let one of our coaches know and they will be happy to change it for you.

• You will always be asked if your photograph can be taken and that you are happy for it to be used.

Insurance

• Aerial Beats coaches all have the appropriate insurance to be able to teach the aerial arts.
