Frequently Asked Questions

What do I need to wear?

It is best to wear long leggings and a top that does not ride up when upside down. It you have one, a leotard is perfect to wear as a base layer as it won’t ride up and it will also protect your skin. Aerial equipment has a tendency to burn the skin when learning new skills.

  • Leggings should have no zips or metal parts as they can damage the equipment

  • Jewellery, apart from stud ear rings, is not allowed and all watches need to be removed.

What should I bring with me?

Please bring a refillable water bottle, there is a drinking water fountain in the space. If it helps you to learn it is good to bring a notebook or a phone to take notes. It is also very useful to take videos of yourself to learn from. Please ask the coaches permission if you wish to film them for this purpose. Please do not post anyone but yourself on social media.
